# 客户端2  无法登录怎么解决

使用客户端2的同学注意了，最近 Windows 的安全中心更新了样本，容易把 C:\Users\\.config\com.vortex.helper\com.vortex.helper.exe 这个软件隔离。导致用户无法在该客户端登录账号，无法使用。

解决方法：按照截图把 com.vortex.helper.exe 还原出来，再允许在设备上运行，退出一下客户端重新打开就行了。如图所示。

按图操作以后就可以登录软件了。

1.删除旧客户端重启后打开新客户端&#x20;

2.多次登录无效时，重启路由器重试&#x20;

3.更换你的浏览器&#x20;

4.清理你之前下过的同类软件，重启电脑后打开新软件
